How does KeySafe work?
Your company gets a unique code and QR code. You print the QR code on key tags and attach them to your keys. When someone finds a key and scans the code, they can fill out a contact form — and you get notified by email with the finder's details.
Can the finder see who owns the key?
No. The finder only sees a contact form. They receive no information about your company, address or other details. It is completely anonymous.
What does it cost?
KeySafe costs €67 per year excl. VAT. That covers one company with one code and unlimited keys. There are no hidden fees.
Do I need special key tags?
No, you can print key tags directly from your dashboard. We recommend blank plastic key rings from Badge Design in size 40x40mm, which our print generator is optimised for — but you can use any key ring.
How many keys can I protect?
There is no limit. Your company gets one QR code, and you can print it on as many key tags as you like. You can also assign key numbers in our key database to keep track of them.
What happens when someone scans the code?
The finder is taken to a simple form where they can enter their name, phone number, email and a message. You receive an email notification with all details so you can contact the finder directly.
